The Schmid & Alfa hotel was so good! Our family apartment was spacious, with fine lake views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly. The location was unbeatable, close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this gem!

I truly enjoyed the property and its generous breakfast.

overall had really really nice stay for 1 night. this hotel was located in a very central area short walk to the town center, and many restaurants. it also was right next to the lake shore.

Beautiful location on shore of Lake Luzern beside boat quay. Staff were friendly and hotel was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and we could watch the boats come and go from our beds. The breakfast was good and the restaurant also good. The outdoor part of the restaurant was set among large tropical plants which was lovely. There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a safe box, TV and a fridge in the room. Family ambience and lovely views of the lake. Location adjacent to many restaurants and the lake promenade and Brunnen and train station. For shots visit Brunner Hof Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel: D

Noise from nearby restaurants can be disruptive during evenings!!! Limited parking makes it inconvenient and could leave guests frustrated!!! The absence of air conditioning means relying on fans, which might not suffice during sweltering summer months!!!
